You might want to recall what you ate last Monday (and avoid those) and see an allergist to check for sensitivities to those foods. This will give you some confidence in eating.
In the meantime, ASHLEY made good food recommendations. You need to keep your carb level high enough to give you sufficient energy, and you need your electrolyte balance maintained or re-achieved.

Yes, eating causes panic in me most times. One day I made "ritz soup" (crumbled ritz and warm water) and ate a piece of cheddar...to get strength and courage to try other meals. I also bought jr baby foods that had only the ingredient and water..(well I also had a tooth pulled and had sutures and needed soft smoothie type foods)..
Then I ate steamed veggies and cooked my own beans and added very little else to these...for peace of mind and b/c of allergies.
Try a piece of banana; cracker; cheese; a lettuce; boiled eggs; boiled chicken breast and its broth...But keep you your salt and potassium levels (electrolytes) and get some carbs in you (bread crackers rice)so you won't feel hungry.
I have even eaten rice and broth with just a pinch of salt and bell peppers and onion for seasoning.
Get creative and try what you have confidence in. Please keep me posted. Don't get too weak.
I went to ER and asked for help when mine got that bad--that's how I ended up with the therapist and nutritionist and back at the allergist (who gave me a helpful restrictive diet as well).
