I went through similar at my house last winter, and I had major anxiety problems because my house was damaged. I cursed the snow a lot while I moved shovelful after shovelful. Sometimes I let myself notice how beautiful and quiet it was, and that made it feel more meditative and even calming.
I'm trying to learn: Do what needs to be done, but also take care of yourself. It won't do anyone any good if you get injured or exhausted. But you may be capable of much more than you realize.
This is a good place to vent. I expect there are others here who are going through similar difficulties with this storm.

One nice thing about resentment is that it gives you lots of anger energy for shoveling. One nice thing about finding a way out of the resentment is that you can say you need to stop shoveling, because you don't have any energy left.
