Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. Anxiety is like swimming in the ocean. When you reach the undertow, don't swim against it just float along with it and you'll find your way back to shore once it passes.
happy thoughts to everyone. :)
I just realized maybe this is kind of the same thing. I'm not saying I'm some saint that treats EVERY person I meet with utmost respect but I consider myself pretty kind and decent and don't get caught up in the little petty stuff people do and my fear of wigging out on people and hurting them is similar to this lady. Like she was probably raised this way or at least now she has a very strong faith but this anxiety thing took over her brain and her thoughts and that's what she obsesses over and it's not who she is at her core. And this is what I obsess over and it is not who I am.
Anyhow I'm rambling - but I feel better about this - so thought I'd share! :)
