Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
After you finish, add probiotics to your diet to balance your insides again. Antibiotics strip the good bacteria as well as the bad.

What freaks me out is the side effects. EVERYTHING causes dizziness. (or so it says) and thats what im afraid of. And feeling lethargic...SIDE effects. So your not alone. I get freaked out about taking medication. I forced myself to take a motrin 600 for my headache.
Dizzybabe i know how you feel! The side effects scare me because what if it is a side effect and i cant tell because of anxiety. I actually took my antibiotics today and oh man the anxiety was intense. Its like any change to my body and my body will freak out and i start to shake. I keep telling myself its good and it will help and i read the thing no really bad side effects. So i'm trying to stay positive but today was not so good, i hope tomorrow will be. I could already feel a different with my sinus's and tooth so that made me happy, then i freaked out, lol.
I will try the ginger root. I used to eat it raw because of my heart burn and that really helped my heart burn, but after doing it a few times i couldnt' anymore the taste was horrible.
I've had a reaction one an anti biotic before, it sent me to the ER. I had a rash, felt drunk, stomach really hurt, and i cant remember what else. So that is why i'm freaking out. But the pharmacist, dentist, have assured me its no where near that one and that i will be ok.
Glad to hear you are doing better!
One more thing... just so you can see how you can imagine side effects and why I say dont read that paper. For a minute imagine yourself going into the kitchen. Get a lemon, a cutting board and a knife. Put the lemon on the cutting board, slice it open and now quarter it. (Dontcha smell it already?) Now imagine picking up a piece of that lemon (I bet your mouth is watering now) and putting in in your mouth. (Puckered up yet?) Seee, how fast we can imagine things? There's no difference between that and imagined side effects. WITH THAT BEING SAID, TRUST YOUR BODY, IF YOU FEEL LIKE SOMETHING IS SEVERELY WRONG CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR GO TO THE ER. Im not a doctor, I just know what my issue was and sharing my experience.
