Usually an attack was compromised of chest pain, racing heart, feeling like my throat was closing up, the inability to sit still, desperation, lightheadedness, and sometimes shooting electrical pains. I literally thought I was dying.
I don't have bad attacks anymore, but occasionally when I stand in formation at the position of attention (military, lol) I will get an overwhelming rush of fear and nearly pass out (and NO I don't lock my knees! hehe). I have no idea what brought on this type of situation-based anxiety, and I can't control it!
chest pain, rapid heartbeat,dizzy, blurry vision, shakes, stomache in knot,s, unable to eat or sleep,tingly hands and legs, skipped heart beats, high bloodpressure alot of stomace issues, isolating due to being afraid of being around other people ect ect.
Do you see a phycologist?, they can teach you CBT, coping skills, with practice these skill,s can help greatly.
