Pain and Anxiety

Hey guys and gals,



So I have been dealing with really bad allergies and super dry eyes for about 2 months now and I have just had about damn enough. I have been irritable as heck and unable to do the things that I enjoy because of my inability to focus my eyes correctly due to the allergies. Just recently I started having pain near my left ear and honestly all these symptoms are giving me anxiety. The pain in my ear makes me dizzy and I start thinking that it could be something way worse that what it may be. I start thinking that I may be dying or going through a really bad illness and I start kind of imagining suffering for a long time. I have gone to doctors and they all seem to give me the run around or a try this and if not then come back and try this kind of solution. I feel like all of these is affecting me mentally and I would like to know what you guys do to keep calm during such moments or if you have had any such troubles.

I have a chronic condition, and its easy for the pain to really get to your head, so understand that struggle. especially when your pain, you get moody and angry etc and Im telling you that its okay darling to feel that way, its understandable. What have you tried so far? maybe its something your eating or a habit that needs to be change... your body is telling you, your not in alignment (well thats obvious.. thanks) and im sorry youve been suffering for so long, maybe its a seasonal? it takes time to heal in most cases, I hope atleast you find some ease in that your not alone, Get Better ((hugs))

Hey fellow. I am so sorry you are in so much pain and are irritable. I hope that you get to feeling better. I do the same thing when I get sick I imagine all of these horrible illnesses that I might have or google my symptoms and it makes me have panic attacks. I hope things get better for you.
