You sound like your on a guilt trip from eating too much junk food. Which can directly effect you not only physically, but mentally as well.
So, you should be eating a diet rich in Omega-3 fatty acids to help facilitate communication between nerve cells in the brain and to assist in stabilizing your mood. There is also a fair amount of evidence that omega-3 may also decrease the severity or even alleviate panic attacks. I haven't had a panic attack since I started on omega-3 last summer.
Also increase your intake of vitamin D-rich foods to boost serotonin levels. Increase your intake of antioxidants, which also help stabilize mood, amino acids, which your body needs to produce the neurotransmitters norepinephrine and dopamine.
