Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

That is quite a diverse load you are juggling. Whelming understandable. Jumping from student to employee to mother to lover is no small leap. Stabilizing support needed. I hope you are able to find that key ingredient here.
Still listening. . . Welcome aboard.
Talk to your school counselor or a therapist to get suggestions you maybe
haven't thought of.
How much school do you have left? Can you see the light at the end of the tunnel? Will the difference in your salary with a degree be worth the sacrifice now? Can you get some help with the kids from extended family or friends so you can spend some much needed time with your SO.
It is hard to end the day on such a frustrating note. Is there something that you can do before you go to bed that can lift your spirits? Some way to press reset so to speak. Can you read something fun for 15 min or listen to your favorite song, or watch 15 minutes of your favorite TV program, or exercise for 15 min to release endorphins? I hope you find what you need in this season to release some of the stress so that you can keep going forward. Hugs for you.
You will have to be calm, peaceful, and prepared for all the flexible actions you have with all the activities in your schedule. This means making time to calm yourself when it gets overwhelming, breathing, playing ( five minutes of play with children can change the attitude to positive and yours as well), and to be gentle with yourself.
You are not failing. You have to choose, and you have to make decisions that are not comfortable, and the children will be better for having to share in the decision and the results.
You did the imaging. Lesson learned, figure out ways to help uncomfortable, unhappy, and not feeling good patients to be comfortable in the imaging process.
Give yourself the full confident smile and a positive image every day in the morning and again at night.
You are not alone. Best wishes.
I promise you, it will pay off. Just in proving to yourself that you have the strength to get this far, it already has. Families do get stressed in situations like these, but please give yourself a little bit of a high-five. Your kids may not express it right now, but they will remember this time in their lives as an example of how you worked so hard to make things better for everyone.
