General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I dont want things to go back to the way they were before the big anxiety attack.
The way it was: I was an antisocial bitch who would always find ways of getting out of spending time with my family/watching movies/shows/doing anything with them. I was always constantly on my computer or upstairs doing my own thing and i barely ever spent time with my family unless it was something i wanted to do. I felt like i was being forced to watch movies with them and even while sitting on the couch watching whatever it was i was thinking about how i couldnt wait to get back to the computer. even if i didnt particularly have anything i needed to do. Like i could understand if i had like friends i had to talk to or wanted to talk to or whatev. but i didnt, some of it was even like.. Id do nothing but re blog shit from tumblr, or spend time on facebook or just sit around for hours on the computer doing nothing and i would be upset and get a bitch-fit if i was being judged as anti social. I used to be able to play games on my dads computer late at night but then i couldnt do it anymore because of anxiety. The other night however I did, but i was pretending it was evening time (Because for some reason my brain is weird). I used to eat at my computer and spend time at my computer when everyone else would watch a movie, I would purposefully exclude myself from WHATEVER it was they were doing, Either i wasnt interested or I had better things to do. I can no longer eat at my computer without freaking. if i do eat at my desk i have to automatically like move over near the couch (Like if we watch a movie or whatever) because i feel like something bad will happen if i dont.
The way it is: Ive been spending time with my family, watching all sorts of movies and shows with them and absolutely hate it when we dont spend time together, I mean im not becoming dependent on them or anything, But im like totally adverse to not watching something every night.. I sleep on the couch because of my anxiety issues and I feel like they are all judging me because of that, I dont want to sleep upstairs again because i feel like things will go back to the way they were and that ill suddenly revert back to this anti-social bitch that i was if i just sleep up in my room on my own bed. ive been using excuses about how cold it is or how the bed is uncomfortable, and thats all true. But i cant use that excuse when the spring and summer roll around. I realize i cant sleep there all the time but i like it, its comfy. Ive been drinking a ton of tea, ive realized im a huge tea-drinker and ive been totally judgmental of some movies before ever having watched them, I spend less time on the computer doing pointless things.
I feel like im better now, and if i do certain things that i used to do (I.E, Play games at night on dads pc, use my computer while family is watching stuff, sleep upstairs, That i will suddenly revert back to what i was before, and i dont like that.

Try not to fear the worst. You seem to be aware that spending time with your family has been very important to you and I think that awareness will not suddenly go away. There is nothing wrong with doing things you enjoy like playing video games but everything is about moderation. It is important to find a middle ground... doing both the things you enjoy and spending time with your family. It is when you find balance in your life that you will feel much better. Take care!

People can get addicted to the computer and maybe that is all it was. Then you just out grew it. There is nothing wrong with you. You just moved on. Today is all that matters. Just be content with yourself today. Every day we grow. We get a little wiser and you can never go back to who you were. Like your first anxiety attack, you were bewildered, you did not know if you were coming are going. Today you know what it is. You know all the symptoms, so there are no more surprises in the symptoms. That was as bad as it gets. So know today you are stronger and wiser. Don't beat yourself up for sleeping on the couch. For now this is what you need. That is all. Just accept it. You won't sleep on the couch forever. The only person that you have to worry about judging you is you. Your thoughts affect how you feel. So keep telling yourself that you are doing the best to heal yourself. Pat yourself on the back for where you are now.
