I have had this, and tylenol tension (for neck and shoulder pain) really works. I usually feel the tenseness when I really stressed, or when I'm feeling anxious. Try the tylenol, if it's safe to take with any of your existing meds. It should be...just get it at WalMart, and ask the pharmacist at walmart if you cant reach your doc to tell you if it's okay. Maybe you can try a warm bubble bath? Or like Rina076 suggests...a hot pad or massage.
