Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Best,

try this and see if ye guys get any relief. this is the method in a nutshell.
1. face the anxiety. stop trying to ignore the physical symptoms or worrying thoughts. trying to ignore them gives them importance and makes them worse. instead conscioulsy be awaare of them. i knoww they can be scary but really they are physical symptoms of no gsigificance. have they ever really hurt u in the past. or have the thoughts. the worrying thoughts are a result of a tired mind. your mind is tired from constant thinking.
2. stop fighting the physical symptoms, thoughts and feelins of anxiety. take a deep breath and exhale slowly and as u do let ur shoulders, tummy muslces, arms and hands sag. let go of urself. stop tensing against urself.
3. stop adding fear from ur mind. this is what is keeping ur body and mind in a state of anxiety. instead practise letting the anxiety be there. to use an anology, imagine if u are a ship in the sea and the anxiety is a storm. u are afraid to go into the storm and row as quick as u can ie fight so as not to experience the anxiety. ie the storm. but the anxiety/storm is harmless it is the fear of it thaat is causing the problem. just think about it if u didnt have the physical symptoms or thoughts what would be the problem.
so let ur boat go into the storm stop rowing and let yourself willingly experience the storm, the wind the rain ie the anxiety. and float, like the boat in the sea, float. let ur mind be neutraal to the anxiety, be imparial and let it do whatever it wants. let ur boat shake and be rocked by the storm etc.
4. let time pass, when u have the symptoms quietly praactise away. it takes time for a broken foot etc to heaal and it takes time for a tired nervous system and mind to recover as well.
if u practise like this ur body and mind will get restbite and the anxiety will calm down.
this is what is helping me and i just want to sahre it. with the hope that it will help some one.
regards,
Jon
