Is morning anxiety a common thing? I am anxious in the morning no matter what...if i have nothing to do, something scary to do, something very enjoyabe to do. It is a baseline feeling of anxiety always accompanied by cold hands and cold feet. It usually leaves by late morning. When I was young, my mom would yell at us kids in the morning and this caused me to be nauseous and I couldn't eat in the morning before school and if I did I would often throw up. I don't do that anymore! I take 10 mg of sinequan at bedtime to sleep. It has helped a little with my morning anxiety. Before sinequan, if I was on vacation somewhere, I could not eat breakfast. That has stopped. When I take my bp in the early morning anxiety times, it is always elevated in the 140/80-145/85 range. Does anyone exerience this problem and what do you do about it? It is not a conscious thing. It just happens.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
