Talk to your Dr. Sometimes they say that the benefits the drugs give the mother outweigh the potential risk to the baby.
Of course it's better to take nothing but you don't want to put yourself in harms way by discontinuing necessary meds. A lot of the time pregnancy can increase feelings of depression and anxiety. It does for me.
I have good days and bad days. My husband wants me to see about being put back on medication but I refuse. I don't want to take the risk, even if they say it's relatively safe for the baby.
