Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Buspar also caused me to react badly. Drugs I've taken to address both depression and anxiety like paxil made me extremely aggressive and feel violent. I don't know how many anti-depressants you've tried, some have worked very well for me, others didn't work, and some (like paxil) made me feel violent. I would try out some more if you haven't already tried them all. And I would definitely do it with a psychiatrist instead of a general practitioner, since they will diagnose you like a medical doctor, but they are trained in neurology and psychology.
For anxiety, I still haven't found a good pharmaceutical. I have used edible cannabis (legally in Colorado of course), and I have had the best success with that. I use a 1 to 1 ratio of THC and CBD. The CBD is calming, and the THC is a mood elevator. I can take them, drive, go to work, and be normal. If I am using the right ones (some have made me high), I don't feel high or stoned, I feel positive and calm, like I had an amazing night's sleep.
Hope any of this helps.
This is a copy and paste from a reply elsewhere on DS: Actually the dispensary I use has 3 kinds of oil you can buy its around $75.00 for 30ML. They have 1:1 Cannabis oil this has around half THC levels and half CBD levels. THC makes you a little less functioning. It gives you the "high" feeling. Then they have straight THC oil which will knock you down it makes you really low functioning. (good for sleep or just a relaxing night). Then there's CBD oil which makes you high functioning but relaxes you so you aren't as prone to anxiety attacks at all.
Hugs to all.
The effects only last about 8 hours and that is why it's recommended twice a day.
It shouldn't make you drowsy....but every one is different.
There is also a spray made of flowers by Bach called "Rescue Rededy Spray".
There is one for sleep and another "Stress Relief". You give two spritz on the tongue and it is fast acting. I used the sleep one once and it took about 20 minutes, but my panic attack was pretty intense.
It taste a bit earthy, but not bad.
Their products are non habit forming and you don't need a script.
