Think of the worst case scenario....what would be the worst thing that could happen as a result of not prepare your stuff the night before?
Then think...can I really be scared of that?
Anyway, one thing I learned that has helped me mentally process things is thinking of things in 'investment' terms. ie: Picking out your clothes might be a $0.25 issue and you might be giving it a $100.00 reaction by having an anxiety attack about it. So, realizing it's a $0.25 issue, give it a $0.25 reaction... does that make sense? I'm not making much sense maybe. It's helped me to try to think of things that way... to be conscious about my reactions to things and whether or not the merit it. Because sometimes, feeling sad or anxious is warranted to a certain degree... they are feelings that are healthy for us... repressing feelings isn't helpful. But obviously we're here because these things (depression, anxiety) get out of control.
Yeah, I don't have this down, still working on it for myself but I thought I would throw in my "two cents" :)
