Hello guys,
hope you are all having a good night and had a good weekend full of good vibes, advances and lessons.
I write this post because my week plus weekend were filled of anxiety and stress. I have been a bit sick and getting over it but I just cannot shake the darn anxiety that comes when I am sick. I feel as if though I am hypersensitive and my nervous system seems to be going into high alert. I hear a small sound and it rattles me. I usually get the anxiety when everyone else is sleeping and when I know I have to go to work the next day. It has been to the point where I just feel like crying. Like it is a lot to bear. Just today I started going with this guy to study the bible and learn more about it since it interests me and I never had the chance to learn anything from it. I was very calm and at peace when I was with him and then out of no where I started doubting my self and started thinking negatively on my drive home.
Is anyone on here religious and do they find that religion has worked for you?
How does one pray?
If you are religious how is it that you cope with anxiety, what are some thoughts that calm you?
Well I guess you don't have to be religious in that last questions, I just want to know what helps calm some of you.
As I write this I notice that typing my emotions helps me. hmmmm.

I've lost 15 pounds and lost my appetite, but I'm really attached to him. We've had a lot of problems and I think that has caused me to gain severe anxiety. I don't know if I should wait until it gets better or what. Everytime I've blocked him, it has tend to make me...
