i am currently feeling like hell, everything inside me has speeded up, i cant relax, and i dont know were to put myself, my other half duz not get it at all. i cant sleep but i am sooo tired, my heart is beating so fast. if i'm gonna hav a heart attack, i wish it wud hurry up and happen. i just dont know wer this as come from. wot can i do????
sorry for this moan, but i'm going crazy just laying in bed, and i've got those restless legs, i hate that. wot will happen if i just take 1 more clonazepam? will it make me feel better do u think?? i take 2 on a mornin, and havnt felt like this since i went on them, so never had more than i'm ment to. i had 1 mirtazapine a couple of hours ago tho. vicky

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Normally doing a couple of tasks like this tends to help divert your thoughts away from how bad you are feeling especially when you have to count your breathing exercises.
If that doesnt work try running on the spot, sounds daft but again it will just help distract you so that you can take control and it will help you regain control of your heart rate.
