This Covid thing is ruining a lot of people's mental health. I was doing fine without my medication for about 6 weeks until Covid came. Then things gradually worse for me, until now, now I am back on the medication and taking a couple weeks off of work.
If I were a betting Man, and I am, I would bet that your stomach pains are completely related to anxiety. I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure, but that's what I would be willing to bet on. You should get to a doctor at once and get on a medication. It's the only thing that helps me. That and taking 2 walks each day and night. Long walks, 45 minutes to an hour each walk.
Welcome aboard. Hope you find stabilizing companionship here.
You are not alone.
calms you. Make time to do everyday. Talk to your doctor about
temporary medication.
Start out with a five minute walk twice a day. Slowly build up to 10 minute walk twice a day.
Keep a private journal daily.
Stay hydrated.
You've taken the important first step in writing it out.
Best wishes as you find your better balance.
Check with your doctor first, but with cfs/ME, actually a little physical exercise will help you. I know that TOO much exercise will cause a lot of fatigue. Start slow. As @ Mid just said, do a 5 minute walk, every day. Don't push yourself, but I have heard from my doctor that mild exercise will help your CFS.
Best wishes and feel free to join in all you want!
Take care.
It has helped a lot to read that many of us are experiencing the same symptoms, that I'm not just dying of some unknown disease or cancer or COVID or whatever illness I feel I have just because my body feels a certain way.
I could also bet this is all related to anxiety and I do hope somehow you get to beat this monster. I haven't been to other specialists yet, like I thought I should go to a heart doctor because last week I thought I would have hear failure in the middle of the night thanks to a panic attack. But then I have to keep reminding myself it's just my anxiety wreaking havoc...
I hope things get better for you soon.
