Hang in there it will change
I often describe the random ones as feeling homesick while i'm at home. It just doesn't make sense, and just can't be explained. Just try to relax, talk it out, best thing about panic attacks is that they go away. It will never last forever. All you need to do is get through it.

I've been dealing with the same thing. Finally,I found the
right nurse who listened to me without assumptions.(hard to find those)
Anyway, I'm feeling better for the moment, but just know that you
are not alone in these daily "almost panic attack, but not quite" feelings.
Try whatever works best for you, but be proud that you've at
least recognized it might be anxiety creeping up again.
Take a hot bath, do some yoga (my fav), but call your doc it you need to. Good luck
I get the anxiety and your symptoms are very familiar. I agree panic attacks are quite full on in other ways.
I get the anxiety where others may not notice but i have the shortness of breath, need to sip water alot and try and breathe. Its hard i know.
Take care and nurture yourself for a while, give yourself space to adjust back to normal.
