Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Obviously we were both having REALLY bad days and we took it out on one another! I am sorry for my reply to you also! I just get defensive when somebody tells me not to take meds because the meds HELPME! They may not be everybody's cup of tea, but we all do whatever works for US!
I jumped on you just as much as you jumped on me! I HATE ANXIETY as much as you and I am sorry too for being so harsh!
Friends?
This anxiety stinks BIG TIME! I
I may not like what somebody says, like one time this girl said outright..."I abuse xanax, I get it from 3 different doctors and I go to 4 different pharmcies(spelling) to get my xanax, so Yes you CAN abuse xanax"
I was like OMG I can't believe this girl just admitted this online. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW, but I didn't send her an email or reply to her post, I just figured sooner or later she will regret what she is doing. (My sister almost went to jail because she did the same thing!) I was VERY angry with her basically telling me that I can very easily become addicted to xanax, but she didn't even read my post.
I cannot abuse my xanax and the dose has NEVER been raised. I DO NOT break the law, I cannot refill my rx until the day before I am out of pills and I am not an addict!
So my point is...we are all who we are and I am sorry for jumping on you! I should have also though, "hey maybe she is having a really bad day" instead I jumped the gun and didn't think either!
I am very sorry pogo!

We would have called each other names, yelled at them, maybe even got in a fist fight, but the next day, we forgot all about it and it was never brought up again. THAT IS LIFE!
All we can do is lean on one another! Learn from our past and realize that sometimes not only is DS a place to come for support, it is also a place we come to to vent and sometimes others get caught up in that venting! It is who we are as people anxiety suffers!
here's to all of being the best of friends regardless of how we deal with our own anxiety issues!
