Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

The guy who stalked me and my friends did so for many months every single day. He was given the chance to make friends. When he stared it was very intimidating. It was a creepy, emotionless, dead stare. We had hinted at him to leave us alone and said things and he never did so I told campus police to tell him to back off. When i confronted him he looked me in the eyes and was not afraid to yell or curse when I tried to tell him to back off. We all felt reasonably unsafe. He also had bothered a friend of mine in the gym. Please don't leave me comments saying I was in the wrong or paranoid. There's a lot more to it. It was traumatizing. And he's friends with someone who followed me a lot and made unwelcome sexual comments to me and his buddy always tried to touch me and even kissed my head once and we werent even friends. I dont feel sorry for asking for help from campus security. When they spoke to him he stopped bothering us. I'm very anxious about the subject so please no comments telling me that I was just paranoid, my therapist even says this was a good reaction.

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

When it comes to stalkers, there's a book The Gift of Fear by Galvin DeBecker that I think has some good advice in it. It's been some years since I've had a friend in a stalker situation. But I do remember how difficult it was for her.
I'm glad that your situation was resolved so quickly.
I applaud your wisdom, my healing warrior. Healing hopes for all. No exceptions.
