Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I realize it. The reason why I encounter so many issues, and family problems and just any issues is because I am unable to smile and just have fun. I know that sounds a bit silly but I'm serious when I say that. For the past few years I've changed to the point where I've become too serious, I would of course have fun all the time but I would just over analyze every little situation socially and emotionally to the point where I've singaled myself out. Put myself to become a victim for others to see. Of course no one is the same and everyone has their own issues, but at the same time majority of people I know are very happy, friendly, and simply just are able to have fun in the moment they are living in. Whereas I, am very past-oriented and able to spot the flaws in every situation which prevents myself from having fun like everyone else. This may also sound silly, but because of this, it has really changed the way I physically look over the years as well. You see, I used to be very innocent and happier and because of that, I just looked a lot sweeter and even more likeable for other people. But then as years passed I became more stressed out and emotionally damaged to the point where I look so much different now. Like now when people see me they feel stress and stuff so my relationships with others aren't as stable.
Like I really admire those people who are extremely pretty on the inside because it strongly reflects the outside 100%. Like they are so sweet, funny, and just are able to cheer up into the present moment, which draws other people in. I strongly struggle to do this because I constantly think I need to change many of my physical traits in order to be more well liked by others and to feel better. But realistically, as time passed I learned it has nothing to do with that; but everything to do with the way I hold myself and the way I speak with others and the way I am able to put myself out there to have fun.
Like is that possible? It's impossible to change what I actually look like on the outside now, but maybe changing how I feel on the inside and the way I present myself to other people can contribute to others seeing me differently and better?
This is important

Ice passed away in February at 17yrs old. She collasped one day and that was it. I am still crying. I miss her so, so much.I miss the smell of her paws, playing with her scruffy beard, listening to her bark in her sleep, the way she nudges my hand with her nose during our walks. I see her everywhere. In my car, at the door, under my desk, the neighborhood. I want to hold her and kiss her so...

I lost my dog last July to cancer, as some of you might remember. It was devastating and I got very depressed, but through treatment I got back to "my normal" last month. I've been poking around the rescue sites to adopt a dog and I've seen a few since July and I visited them but decided I wasn't ready. I actually adopted one in September but realized I was too depressed and it was a mistake so I...
