These are my thoughts, but please see your doc if your really worried. Hope i have been of some help.
Maybe the feeling of missed heartbeats is gas? I'm not trying to be silly, but I felt that too, and my doc determined it was gas in my chest. However, I do get that flutter feeling in my heart, and I have found that it was from my medication that I take for a different health condition. Definitely let your doc know, even if it ends up being gas.It may be something else...have you ever had a heart murmur? I had one as a baby, and every once and a while the flutter makes me think its the heart murmur. My doc said that the heart murmur is still there, but no meds neded, and things are okay. She said that many people have heart murmurs, and dont know itbecause its no bother to their health. If you have meds take them...thats why your doc prescribed them, to help you get better. But I know, its hard to take meds, but they're for your health..to get better. The pressure and tightness in your neck is anxiety too. When I feel like that, I take a warm bath, or hubby massages my neck. I think you would do well with aromatherapy, and relaxing music. Do you have any hobbies you can concentrate on, that will help you relax? Scrapbooking? Good luck.
Just read about the aroma therapy, that helps too... Good Luck..Have a good day.
