Second yes. Anxiety causes so many different symptoms it's insane.
Last year I lost almost 15 lbs (which I needed to lose) because of my anxiety. I wasn't eating, and when I was it wasn't much.
Also the running, combined with the anxiety will also do it too.
As soon as your appetite comes back fully you'll put it all back on... Like I did.

Anyway, thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I wish I could get my full appetite back, but when I worry about my appetite and wonder why I'm not hungry, that makes me even less hungry. It's a constant cycle that I need to break out of. There have been times over the past few weeks when my anxiety has been a little less terrible and I actually feel hungry and want to eat. I wish they were more frequent, though.

I have found that doing an annual wellness visit helps me clear up any health anxiety I am having. Hearing a doctor that has drawn blood, done scans, etc. helps me quiet that nagging voice in my head that creeps in to start up the "what if" thinking.
