Absolutely I have the same symptom almost everyday. I describe it as a heavy feeling also feels like my brain is squirming in my head. It is awful but is anxiety related. Just remember that it is anxiety you are not in danger you do not have a brain tumor. Please take care of yourself you are not alone.

My sister in law recently had a brain tumor removed. She previously had no symptoms for it but started to get blurry vision and headaches. She is perfectly fine now and normal as usual. If you have doubts see your doctor to ease your mind. But its probably just stress.

sometimes when i'm anxious my head feels heavy & foggy, i think it could be from the way you breathe during anxious moments, either lack of oxygen or too much oxygen from hyperventilating. that's my theory! you are not alone on this subject! :)

I have the same problem when I am having an anxiety attack. what seems to help me is Ginko Biloba. it aids in healthy brain function and increases blood circulation. not only will it help with your symptoms but it can also suppress an anxiety attack. you can find it at a vitamin store. take care!
