As for negative thought when I'm in a place of controlling anxiety I tend to just not deal with things that make me anxious. I have to just push the thought completly out of my mind and not deal with it. I worry it will explode if I don't deal with it. Like something small will trigger it and I will panic. As I write that I realized that's what happens anyway so avoiding anxiety isn't going to cause panic any more than a small trigger. At least I'm one step closer to feeling ok.
Deep down I'm freaking out though. I just won't allow the thoughts. I haven't learned to change thoughts yet. I have no idea to how to think about things that make me anxious without all the anxiety following.
