Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

At different times today I was really anxious and uneasy, but didn't say anything and tried to act as though all was ok when it wasn't. One major moment was when I was helping a friend load up our truck with stuff that we are taking to the dumpster here and I was holding the key for the truck and the alarm went off and I couldn't figure out how to stop the alarm or shut it off. Then I remembered what my fiance told me about the key in the keyphab. So, I finally got the alarm shut off 10 or 15 minutes later. Other times were when my friends daughter brought her two kids over and I offered to watch one or both of them while she went to workout at the YMCA right next door to us practically. I was worried something was going to happen while she was gone, but I had confidence in myself as a mother that I would be able to handle it if it did. Nothing happened and the kids played wonderfully together for almost 2 hours. The thrid thing that kind had me anxious is the moment my fiance got home and I wasn't sure what kind of mood he was in. That's usually what I worry about anyways more and more. I just don't know how to stop it or keep myself calmer. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that he and I have not been really close for a long time and I don't trust his moods much anymore. I'm afraid he'll go off at the slightest thing. That bothers me a lot. I have so much to deal with too and he doesn't get that or take it into consideration much or I don't think he does.
There's also the fact I'm trying to deal with how my youngest son is and what he's doing too. Its not good and I'm constantly worried I'm going to get a phone call that he's been shot or worse. If he ended up in jail, I'd be more than relieved I'm sure because he's gone a couple of times and it helped me be more calmer for a few days. Then I also have my youngest daughter to worry about as well with her ADHD and other behaviors, too. Trying to please everyone is surely taking a toll on me and my issues for sure. I have PTSD, depression and Anxiety and the episodes I have with all of those come and go all the time. Its so hard to control sometimes that I wish I had medication for them again. Mainly for the depression and anxiety. My sleep patterns are ok except I stay up a little too late most nights. I know there's home remedies for some things, but I don't seem to have the time or make the time for them all the time, just when its really bad I guess. Does anyone else know what else I can do to help some of my issues/symptoms? I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
