OK I am looking for some help. I have bad panic attack whenever I go to the clinic hospitals and places like that. I had recently moved to a way bigger town. About 3 years ago, I have went to the dr here to get my meds changed over and they took me off everything. I went to a therapist here and she has been making me deal with things with out meds. I don't see her any longer because she wasn't really helping. I am having bad attacks and I can't even make myself go to the er. I know I need to go to the dr but I keep getting the drug seeker treatment. My last dr had me on Serazone and xanax for sudden attacks, I can make a bottle of xanax lasr for 3 months. I am trying to make myself call and get an appointment to see the dr. But I keep have attacks everytime I pick up the phone book. How do I get through this.
needed. You are right to use the Benzos as little as possibe. They work great but are addictive, so you have to be careful.
