So I would say perhaps this is not the right med for you? Or, you might need to weigh the pros and cons -- is your anxiety / depression relief substantial enough for you to be willing to deal with the dizziness/nausea you are feeling?
For me, prozac is the only SSRI I can tolerate. All the others they tried (paxil, zoloft, lexapro) had the side effect of "urinary retention" (basically couldn't pee) and THANKFULLY prozac did not have that!! But everybody is so different; I have friends and family who have done GREAT on all three of those and didn't have any of the side effects I did.
