So you forget what was just said to you? Ok. Easy. Chuckle, and say I'm sorry, but can you please repeat that? I swear I always get lost in the moment.
Looking around and talking quietly or stuttering seems quite common for us nervous people. You're not alone. Maybe you're crazy, but I wouldn't know or assume that even if I met you. A. I wouldn't know you. B. I would either be looking around or have my face in a book ignoring everyone.
I hope that makes you feel better.
He suffered terrible anxiety. He threw up before EVERY show and yet if you watch him....you would never know it.
We just assume ppl see our nervousness.
Back in Jr. High school, I was in a talent show. I played the piano and made several boo boo's and pointed them out to ppl who were coming up afterwards and they declared they didn't know I was nervous and made several mistakes. I am so glad I am no longer allowing fear to rule my life. It's just a matter of making up your mind and taking that leap of faith. Trust me.....it hasn't been easy and I've made TONS of mistakes along the way....but it has given me wings and growth. Bye bye anxiety...hello life :)

Just remember that next time you're talking with a girl. :)
