Turns out, I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine. And I was having panic attacks.
I've started drinking too much of it again because I am an idiot lol.
Check with your doctor about the meds - could be that you just need an adjustment!
Working on living with it. It's hard, it's so arresting, and it just makes everything seem so difficult. You're not alone in hating it. I had a lot of stuff going on before and now I have to build myself back up. I bet you can relate.
Stay strong. It's not impossible to overcome this. I've done it before, and I can do it again. So can you.
When I was a teen and my anxiety disorder really started kicking up a fit, I didn't understand what was happening to me. I must've checked myself into the hospital 3 or 4 times before they told me that I might be experiencing panic attacks because my heart seemed perfectly healthy.
Anxiety symptoms can be scary because they can mimic serious physical problems.
Sometimes it'll sneak up on ya in your sleep. You might want to find a calming bedtime routine, if you don't already have one. Sometimes good sleep hygiene can reduce bedtime anxiety problems.
Also, depending on what kind of meds you are on, you might want to try taking them before bed. Only if that is appropriate for your particular meds, of course. Might wanna consult your doctor.
