I have the same problem and suffered from anxiety since I was 8. I am now 18 and I am still suffering. I do get anxiety attacks as well when I'm in a big crowd such as the mall or a concert with a lot of people. I use to start to cry because I didn't know anyway else to cope with the panic.

When I have anxiety and I know I'm going to have an attack, I distance myself away and start taking deep breaths. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. If you have to cry, cry but try not to make it loud so it's not "embarrassing."
Anxiety attacks suck and I know how they feel every day. Stay strong and if these symptoms persist, you should make an appointment with a doctor and they can help with coping mechanisms and medication if needed.
Hope that helped at least a tad bit :)
