I kind of know what you are dealing with. I have struggled with this is the past. I think after I went through some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- I was able to detach myself, mentally, from other peoples opinions and behaviors. I have very bad anxiety still, but it helps me to think logically about things to resolve my feelings in the moment.
Like, try to remember that what both your dad and your boyfriend say doesn't define anything about you, and you get to chose how you react to it. It is your choice to either be upset or be happy.
I know it seems insane to suggest your reaction is a choice, especially when you feel so out of control- but it genuinely is. You can focus on the negative in the moment, or chose to focus on the positive. Maybe try it next time. See if it helps.
Try not to focus on your anxiety- try to focus on the things you are thankful for. The things in your life you are grateful for. List ten if you can, and think on those things. Gratitude dissolves negativity.
