I spend the day watching the clock. How I feel is so connected to what time it is. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, I know I will feel worse from 3 to 5 pm and then start to feel better and be fine by 7pm---only to have the anxiety start up all over again in the morning. This is a strange condition isn't it? I am absolutely positive that it is partially physiologic-- the key word here being partially--Now I'm probably going to get a big rant from runninonempty that I'm wrong about everything again! Oh well! That's freedom of speech!

i too feel anxious in the morning what i do now is take my klonopin with my celexa at the same time im an early riser so usually around 6-30 am before the anxiety kicks in too much. u say it "peaks" 10-12 maybe u should take the adivan before your aniety has a chance to peak? see how that works. just a thought
