That said, my PCP is the one who prescribes my Kolonpin and Wellbutrin not a psychiatrist, so yes they can do that. Just talk to your PCP about the situation and see what they tell you. Once they do prescribe something I would tell your psychiatrist you are on them because that may change your moods and such. You don't want the psychiatrist thinking your mood change is due to something else when it is caused by the benzos. He may need to alter how your sessions are run.
