Does anyone else have dizziness and a 'fuzzy' head that just won't go away with other anxiety symptoms? I feel like I am in an vicious circle of feeling dizzy, becoming anxious which makes the dizziness worse etc etc.
Squarley
Yes I have that a lot and I'm having it this morning I hate that feeling

At the beginning when I was diagnosed with GAD I had these issues, but two years later, I’m fine. I still take low dose Xanax when needed. Good luck!

OK that's interesting. I am taking Propanolol which makes me feel less anxious but doesn't stop the dizziness. I'm sure I have GAD and am going to try counselling. Glad you are feeling better!!

I always get the fuzzy head and dizziness w my panic. Sometimes I will have a fuzzy head w out the panic and anxiety which is weird but I have GAD and I'm on medication so it could be that as well.

Yes, I have that exact problem. Working on changing it & will post how if I achieve success.

I have a fuzzy head pretty much all the time but it's made much worse when I am feeling anxious. I actually think that the dizziness came first but can't be sure. It's so annoying and frustrating (which makes it all worse)

Yes, you're not alone! I recently started having panic attacks because of a health scare/other anxiety. Now whenever I get even a little light headed or dizzy I start to freak out. Please let us know if you find anything that helps.

I've had that feeling for 17 years now and hate it. I've gone to a few doctors about it, they give me meds but that feeling still has not gone away. Sometimes when my anxiety is bad, not only do I have that dizzy, fuzzy feeling but I also experience tunnel vision and it feels like I'm in a dream. 17 years of this and no medication has helped me yet. It's a terrible, annoying feeling.
Aligib
Yes, it is terrible and you're right really annoying and frustrating. The problem is, the angrier and more frustrated I get, the worse it is. It also makes me sweaty and hot. I have the occasional moment when it goes but only for a few minutes.
lezzur
Terrible indeed. The first time you get it, it's extremely frightening. Then later on, when you know it's anxiety and it's not going to kill you, but the symptoms just won't go away, It becomes extremely frustrating. Is there anyone here who has completely, 100% recovered from anxiety?

The best antidepressant is when my wishes are honored. An example, the faucet in my apartment was running although the knobs were turned shut all the way, and one of the pulling strings on my ceiling fan came off. As soon as I notified my maintenance man, he was quick to reply with the work order. RAPID response... he's getting my services around my apartment done. I appreciate my landlord and...

Hello,so I'm currently in a weird relationship with my long distance ex who I've never met in person and it's taking a toll on me. I've lost 15 pounds and lost my appetite, but I'm really attached to him. We've had a lot of problems and I think that has caused me to gain severe anxiety. I don't know if I should wait until it gets better or what. Everytime I've blocked him, it has tend to make me...
