I agree with Judy, the grieving process can not be rushed. Please take the time to grieve in a way that feels right to you. If you feel the need to cry then please allow yourself to cry. Very often anxiety is created because we are repressing emotions... so let it out.

my experience with grief is it can come in waves, and it does take time. both JudyFZ and LuckyEmpath said it well. best way is through it, however painful. if you don't let yourself feel the feelings, they don't go away, just build up and/or come out sideways. and i also find that my anxiety builds when i'm stuffing back feelings. i try to use it as a cue now.
and please don't stop the prozac without talking about it with your doctor. you don't know how much it really is helping you.
i know it sounds so cliche, but especially when i'm going through a rough time, i focus on just walking through today...not tomorrow, or two years from now, just today. one of my favorite sayings is "i can do today what i would find appalling the rest of my life".

but mentally I felt better right away which shows that my stuff is all mental. See, I know it's all mental but I still feel anxious until I think about getting something that will take it all away and then I feel better before I take the stuff. gawd, how annoying.
but your feelings sound familiar - reminds me of how hard i can be on myself. heres what i hear - having a hard time because you lost your brother (a very traumatic event) and then beating yourself up because you're having a hard time, or blaming yourself. gosh, we're so hard on ourselves!
