Ok, so I went to the counselor I have been seeing since June. She asked me a couple of questions, like what triggers my anxiety. I told her. I would have nothing else really to say, she would just look at me and stare. So I would feel uncomfortable and start talking again. This went on for a whole hour. Recommended yoga or meditation at the end of the session. That's all she said!!! I asked for reccommendations on some good books to read, she could nt make a suggestion. She will check into it, and get back to me. Shouldnt someone who is conseling for anxiety know a couple of good books???? Opionions please

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
