Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Right anxiety is smashing you to pieces right now. I know this its happening to me too. I have just recently left my ex and i have got my nine year old autistic son in tow because he wanted it that way so i am in exactly the same place as you ok. The only difference is i have support from some very special people who have helped me but you need to try to reign this in a bit ok because while you are panicking about everything you are not going to be able to focus on getting things done because you are thinking about too many things at once ok. This is a really easy trap to fall into ok and you will go under if you keep doing this so you need to calm down a bit and be kind to yourself. Those kids need you and you will be no good to them if you worry yourself into the grave. I wont pretend it is easy being the sole parent, it isnt, its a full time job and its hard for me with one let alone two, if i had two i think id be going pretty nuts meself right now lol but i am not because that little guy needs me and i need to be strong which is what you need to do now. You are at a crossroads you either go under or you dig deep and find the resourses within you to get through this so really you have no choice you have to do this.
Ok constructively you need to find out what help you have available. Second you need to stop trying to visualize your future because the future is a mystery you really dont know what could happen tomorrow or the next day and if you spend time trying to predict it then all that will happen is a sufferer of anxiety you will predict it negatively which is what you are doing right now its all over your post.
So, take five, clear your head, for now focus on today and forget about tomorrow ok. When you are calm again make a list of your priorities, what you need most and focus on them one at a time and if anyone gives you a hard time say F U because lady you are a mom and it really does not matter who the hell thinks what so long as you and them kids are ok then you are doing your job.
Keep a clear head and dont panic ok, consentrate on what is and not what might be ok and first thing u need to do is get advise on your situation and get as much help as you can and that must start with your doctor ok. Go to him or her explain what is going on so they know so that when the shit does hit the fan it will be documented and validated.
Anxiety will do a number on your right now, you are going thru massive stresses and this will kick start your anxiety and you need to be mindful of the effect this can have and how it can strip you of what strength you have which is what you need here.
Life is a harsh game sometimes but in a few months or whatever you will look back on this and think jesus i did all that!
Prioritize and inch forward. Seeing progress in even tiny steps will lower the stress - give you a sense of control and move you forward.
