For a while i kept getting a sour stomach for a while and it for me turned out that i just can't eat peanuts anymore with out getting that. Bodies change as we get older so it could just be a food you used to be able to eat you can't eat as much of any more.
I can still have a little peanuts now but i can't eat a ton of them with out getting the sour stomach.
But thats just me so i would just keep track of what your eating and when you eat it.
Also if you changed anything like meds your on that might effect it too.
In my humble opinion, and it is just that. Your issue is probably fat ok. One of anxieties greatest tricks is being able to stop your digestive system from dealing with any kind and especially dairy products. Try cutting out all fats if you can and dairy and see how you get on after a week or so, Limit yourself to really easy to digest stuff like rice (plain boiled NOT fried) and boiled fish and stuff and you may start to see a difference. Anxiety and chips not a good combo (at least in my experience) and if this gets worse you will be able to confirm this because your stools will start to look greasy as if they are covered in grease and that is your body not being able to digest or deal with fat and it going straight thru ur system and out the other end
hope that helps
