Anxiety is pretty bad today.
I didn't get to bed until pretty late last night, so it could be exhaustion, but I feel so overwhelmed.
I feel so stupid today. I had a conversation with my boss in the hallway as she was showing people our unit and I over-spoke and my anxiety took over and I feel horrible about it. I sounded so incredibly young and stupid.
I feel like she is angry with my for missing work on Monday and that makes my Social Anxiety go into a downward spiral. I now feel like everyone I talk to is wondering, what is going on with her today? I am trying to calm down and tell myself it's going to be okay. But I don't even believe myself.

Distract your usual thought patterns. Remind yourself of your skills, ability, and knowledge to reset your balance.
You are responsible for what you say, do, and how you react. Keep your focus in the moment.
Best wishes.
I’m sorry that you’re feeling this way. I’m sure that you’re doing such a good job at work because of all the effort that you put in. It doesn’t matter what people think of you. Your work ethic is what matters the most to your company. If you’re feeling depressed often, then perhaps you could speak to a professional counselor?
I hope that you feel better soon..
