Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
If things came out clear with the doctor, it could very likely be the anxiety. Many people mistake panic attacks for heart attacks because the symptoms seem so similar. I'm sure you're fine, just drink a hot beverage and get comfortable so you can sleep. You have nothing to worry about. Anxiety will not hurt you physically. Take it easy tomorrow and reassure yourself that it's the anxiety. On Monday you can find out what it is. That's only 2 days away. You'll be fine. Hope I helped!
I was up last night, almost until you posted. We could have talked about the L.A. Dodgers and the weather. . LOL

Wow did all of these symptoms really just appear from your October experience or have you had anxiety symptoms before?....these are the questions to explore while on your jouney out of anxiety. Us folks who have have/had issues with anxiety tend to be above average intelligence, sensitive, anylytical, wonderful people who let their amazing thoughts basically get the better of them. It is ALWAYS a good idea to get checked out by your doctor but when the results come back (thankfully) negetive for any life threatening issue.... that is when the real work needs to begin if you are to overcome this condition.
How do I know this?
Because I suffered from anxiety and depression for years and years and tried everything under the sun to rid myself of those awful feelings. Here is what I discovered....
The only way to completely overcome anxiety and depression is to completely rewire the current way you think, behave and react. Turns out the main thing that ALL people with condition have in common is that they have negetive thoughts that click on in a millisecond. This then creates negetive behaviors and reaction to situations and folks that surround us. When I was anxious I would have sworn up and down that I did not do anything to perpetuate my condition. Holy cats once I learned about what anxity truly is and what I needed to do to break the cycle I couldn't believe all of the thoughts that I had that kept me chained to anxiety and depression.
There is a very happy ending here.....
I have been free of the anxiety depression habit for about 5 years now and I have made it my life's goal to get as many people as I can to this same point. If you are at all interested friend me and go to my journal page. I did a twelve week self help on some of the tool I used to overcome this anxiety and depression condition.
There is nothing wrong with you....you are not mentally ill,....you are not crazy,.....you are not going insane. You just have anxiety! This can be fix with a little bit of trust and willingness to work on changing the current way you think.
Really...that's all it is!
My best to you!
