I don't have any great advice other than just trying to dig in and do what you can do enjoy yourself and forget what happen.
It is not easy, but we must overcome. Two weeks ago I have a panic attack in the shower, but I will be darned if I am gonna be stinky and smelly, so I had to get right back in the shower. (Next day).
As an emergency medical technician I have had panic attacks on calls and then I have trbl getting ready for my duty night, I just work to stay positive and help my patients. It happens, but usually when I am standing idle on the calls. Ironically, for as bad as I feel sometimes, no one notices.
Just in case, don't eat Spicey pork tonight. :-)
Good Luck!!
This is key to understanding your anxiety. Are you able to identify the triggers? What thoughts are going on in your head when something like this happen? Is there a sensation of being claustrophobic, stuck, small, ineffective, looked bad upon, or something else?
Anxiety attacks happen to everyone, its how we understand their origins that help us to prevent or get through them easier than the time before.
Best of luck,
Brian
