Love, Heathercliff
This past summer we were camping and I had a full blown panic attack and was told I had a nervous breakdown. I took a week off work and started therapy and accupuncture and life coaching.
I have tripped when we were on a family trip and came home early. This morning I had the same feelings i did when I had my NBD.
I was told when I was a paramedic student that sometimes we see traumatic things and we kind of store them in our subconcious and one day boom it will come out and we could start crying for no reason but something triggers that memory. When ever we had a bad call we would sitdown and talk about it. It cud even be from something as small as a child begging "please help my mommy" when she dosen't have a pulse and we are breaking her ribs doing cpr. Sometimes doing everything in your power can't bring someone back.
I am not trying to bum anyone out but some of these are the reasons why I think that my anxiety has come to the front burner.
I think back to when I was having the unwanted thoughts and I accepted them and tthen threw them away. It was a fear that I know I wouldn't bring to light.
Take care and god bless.
