I think you can go at least a week without food before it's any kind of issue. What weight were you at to start with, and how long has it gone on for?
It took me months to get back to eating balanced and normal so don't stress about time. I started with liquids and soft foods first. May feel like a baby's diet but it worked for me. Protein drinks (look for ones with less sugar so your anxiety doesn't spike), mashed/whipped potatoes, cream cheese, broths, etc. Even if I only had a few bites or sips at a time, my body eventually started metabolizing correctly again and I could eat more.
Just remember it may take a while but the human body is very strong and it will balance back out. Remind yourself every time you take a few sips that the nutrients will help you feel better and it's only the anxiety making you feel bad.
I hope this helps! Hug!
