One of my non-psych meds causes dizziness and I am going to find out if it can be switched out.
Also practicing "mindfulness" , Google it and decide if you are getting actionable information or are they trying to sell me something. Try it, I now just catch myself when my thinking is bad and "ruminate" as to what will make me feel better instead of dwelling on the negative. Experiencing moderate success & going to continue. We still have to get on with things. Plenty of people have to go to work after no sleep for whatever reason. They might have just been told they had cancer.
Anxiety sucks and it's exhausting, but the more we can teach ourselves to go through it WITHOUT thought, the better. A rabbit has more anxiety than you do, but he doesn't have a name for it, and he doesn't see it as abnormal. For him, it's a survival mechanism.
For you it would be too if you can shut it off when it's not required. And that takes growth inside you. That takes working out how to deal with each and every trigger. If there are no triggers, there is no bang. So work on the triggers.
Anxiety is for most people self-made. It's how we live that causes this, how we analyse our problems, how we deal with our issues. So we can't really complain if it's awful. If it's awful, we actaully have to address it.
