I am struggling with constant anxiety and panic. I have been crying for 3 days and I cannot relax, sleep or eat. I had pulmonary embolisms in March status post varicose vein surgery and just went off my blood thinner Coumadin 2 weeks ago. Last Thursday I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and started on antibiotics. On Tuesday of this week I made my way into to work and was short of breath and ended up in the ER and then was admitted for possible pulmonary embolisms again. I have since found out that the clots are not new, they are just the old clots that have not disolved yet. I was started on Warfarin again, however, the doctor now thinks that this was all possibly anxiety and panic attacks and now is consulting with Hemotology as to whether or not I should even be on the Warfarin again. To make a long story short I am over the top in panic mode and scared of everything. My therapist and MD have tried to reassure me, but I can't stop worrying. Please help. Anyone with ideas I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
