There is only one time where I actually did faint and that was a legitimate medical emergency. I had a tubal pregnancy and the tube had burst. I was bleeding internally. I couldn't walk and I did pass out when I stood up. Thank God my husband was home with me when it happened because I don't know that I could have gotten help myself.
So when I can walk and talk normally, I know it is simply a panic attack happening.
