So, again, in my non-expert opinion, if you are in reasonably good health, and get plenty of exercise otherwise, I don't think you have to worry about shoveling snow. You might confirm this with your physician if you are still anxious about it.
I wish we would get a good heavy snow fall but it's been pretty mild winter for us overall.
I have similar problems. Slightly elevated cholesterol and high blood pressure but it sounds like you are in good shape.
And I am sure if you pace yourself well with the snow shoveling you will be fine. And rehydrate. Snow shoveling is a workout. So drink h20. :)
And that's great you get to see your doctor. I hope the appt goes well and the doctor helps to alleviate any of the fears you have.
I hope you have a fab time with your daughter in the snow. Maybe build a snow man.
