I do not think it is rocket science that if we can tire out our bodies by overworking or over exercising one day and feeling it the next, why can't that be true for our minds? And we know how much our minds can affect our bodies. So, if we have anxiety and fear shooting thru our nerves all thru our bodies why wouldn't that affect how we feel physically?
I have read where people who suffer from depression feel a physical pain at times.
